Seddons is a leading law firm based in the heart of London. Our Family Department helps individuals from many different backgrounds with a particular emphasis on business entrepreneurs and professionals, often with an international element. We frequently act for high profile clients who appreciate our experience in dealing with the media.
We offer a 30 minute fixed fee interview for £100 plus VAT to all new family and matrimonial clients. This initial appointment is usually sufficient to answer all of the questions you may have before deciding to instruct us.
We advocate a conciliatory approach to family and matrimonial matters in order to encourage clear, constructive dialogue throughout the course of your matter. We are sensitive to the many issues that can arise upon relationship breakdown and look for cost-effective, pragmatic solutions to help reduce the effect the separation will have on you and your family.
Whether you look upon your situation as amicable or whether communication with your partner has broken down, our Family Department has a broad range of expertise to ensure that you, the client, remain in control.
