About us
Rosleys is a highly specialised family law firms undertaking very little work other than family law and accepting wills and conveyancing work primarily from our existing family law clients.
The firm has a reputation greatly exceeding the size of the firm. We are currently a firm of 20 partners and staff in total. The firm has been responsible for some extremely high profile cases including the landmark case which resulted in the first ever award of damages under the Harassment Act. In that widely reported case a mother-in-law was ordered to pay £35,000 in damages to her daughter-in-law as a result of the mother in-law’s misconduct.
We deal with routine family cases of all kinds including international work. John is an Australian qualified solicitor.
