Divorce and Family Law

These are difficult matters, which the firm approaches with sympathy and understanding. Our approach is to seek resolution by conciliation before considering taking Court proceedings. We work with the parents to provide the best future for their children after divorce.

Helen Johnson qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and has many years experience as a family lawyer. She is an accredited member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and ensures that the firm adopts the code of conduct of that Association.
