About us

"This niche central London practice has grown rapidly since its formation. It has greatly expanded in size and its areas of practice and has seven distinct departments. The firm is commercially minded, robust in its approach, and down to earth. It offers top quality services at competitive rates and acts for blue chip clients, insurers trade unions, (and) smaller companies and individuals".

Specialist, Martin Chambers, heads Rollinsons’ Family Law Department. A Law Society Panel member, Martin Chambers is a solicitor with over 20 years of post-qualification experience. He is also a member of Resolution (formerly The Solicitors Family Law Association) and trained with that organization as an "all issues" (relationship breakdown, financial/property and children matters) mediator.

The firm offers highly competent and cost effective representation in all areas of family and matrimonial law, acting for both husbands and wives and for both male and female partners in non-married relationships. The firm’s Chancery Lane offices are situated just minutes away from The Principal Registry of the Family Division, from the Royal Courts of Justice and from some of the country's leading family law barristers.

The firm believe firmly in seeking to retain the maximum assets within the family unit. It practices within The Law Society's Family Law Protocol and the Resolution guidelines. Where it is not possible to resolve disputes in a non-confrontational manner, the firm litigates firmly but fairly to ensure that the interests of its clients are fully protected.
