About us
We are a firm of Solicitors based in Loughborough. The Firm was established around the 1850's and whilst we have retained our traditional values we have a modern outlook on business and on Law.
We employ 60 members of staff and have acquired a national reputation for our expertise particularly in the field of Family Law.
Our Family Law Department employs five people including qualified Solicitors and Paralegals. We are members of Resolution; an association dedicated to promoting constructive discussion and negotiation. We aim to resolve disputes through conciliation rather than litigation. However if it becomes necessary to take your case to Court we will advise you fully on the procedures and give you clear advice throughout.
