About us

We are a niche practice dealing with all areas of family law, including divorce, separation, children's issues, finances, domestic violence, child abduction, pre-marriage contracts and co-habitation agreements for matrimonial and civil partnerships.

Our approach is professional but sympathetic and our Mediation and Collaborative Law services enhance our general Family Law practice.

We adhere to the Resolution Code of practice and attempt where possible to resolve issues by negotiation without escalating conflict, recognising the stress clients undergo when dealing with relationship breakdown.

We also offer a full range of conveyancing services: buying and selling leasehold and freehold properties and commercial properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and trust deeds.

We advise on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate and deal with Employment law matters.
