About us

Meadows Ryan offers pragmatic advice to businesses and private individuals. Although our approach is innovative, Meadows Ryan has been established for over fifty years and has developed a wealth of experience.

Our team aims to provide a swift, practical and informed service to clients in whichever area of the law they seek advice.

We are based in Surrey. Locally, we serve the Weybridge, Cobham, Esher and surrounding Surrey areas. Nationally we reach the whole of the UK.

In an increasingly competitive and complicated world, the law impinges more and more on business, other organisations and individuals on a daily basis. Our different specialists work together to help our clients anticipate legal problems when they arise and generally to assist and support them in the general conduct of their affairs.

The firm offers highly competent and cost effective representation in all areas of family and matrimonial law, acting for husbands and wives and for both male and female partners in non-married relationships.

Christian Abletshauser deals with all types of family issues, including; divorce, civil partnerships, separation and pre-nuptial agreements. Christian's experience covers the full range of family matters from 'crean breaks' to contentious high net worth disputes.

The firm practises within The Law Society's Family Law Protocol and the Resolution guidelines. Where it is not possible to resolve disputes in a non-confrontational manner, the firm litigates firmly but fairly to ensure that the interests of its clients are fully protected.
