About us
John Hudson was admitted as a solicitor in 1993, qualified as a mediator with SFLA in 1998 and was one of the first solicitors in the country to become a Resolution formerly SFLA accredited specialist in 1999. In 2004 John Hudson qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate with rights of audience in all courts and qualified as a barrister in 2006. He currently practises as a solicitor advocate specialising in Family Law and in particular Divorce settlements and applications to the Court involving a parent of a child wishing to live abroad with their children against the wishes of the other parent.
As a firm we act for clients based both in this country and abroad.
