Legal aid: No but we do, however, offer offer a reduced hourly rate of £100.00 per hour to clients who would be legally aided (this can be useful for clients who would have to repay legal aid in any event).

About us
Established in 1980, Fendom Dawson Solicitors operates from two offices in Buckinghamshire, in Marlow and High Wycombe.
The Family Department at Fendom Dawson offer a small, specialised service and we pride ourselves on our personal and sympathetic approach. We recognise the enormous amount of stress and upset that the breakdown of any personal relationship can cause. We work closely with our clients to provide them with the support that they need during this difficult time and help them to find the best solution for both themselves and for their children.
Nathalie is a member of Resolution and our Family team ascribe to the Resolution Code of Practice, which promotes a constructive and non-confrontational approach to Family problems. We encourage our client's to adopt a conciliatory approach to dispute resolution. We only recommend Court proceedings when they are clearly necessary.
We are able to offer advice in all aspect of Family Law including divorce & finances, separation agreements, children matters, emergency relief, cohabitation disputes, change of name, civil partnerships, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
We understand that it is vitally important that clients are comfortable with and trust the solicitor they instruct to handle Family matters on their behalf. This is why we offer a free initial half hour consultation so clients get to know our Family team before they make a decision whether to instruct them.
The firm also has expertise in Wills & Probate, Tax Planning, Court of Protection Matters, advising elderly and vulnerable clients, Civil Litigation, Conveyancing and Commercial Property.
