The family department launched its fixed price family services in January 2012. Clients are offered stages fees for divorce and related financial and children matters. The fees are calculated up front to ensure client receive a professional service at a reasonable cost, without any hidden surprises. Clients are offered a free "options" meeting to discuss their case with a solicitor who will then set out their options, provide legal advice on those and payment plans in order to fund the work.
