About us

Cambridge Family Law Practice is a niche practice specialising exclusively in all private family law matters. A “Legal 500 Firm”, as well as being recognised in Chambers Legal Directory, it provides an exceptional depth and breadth of expertise. Having established itself as a leader in the field, it has one of the largest family law teams in East Anglia.

The firm has gone from strength to strength since opening in February 2007 and now has a vibrant client base. Whilst the firm handles cases mainly in East Anglia and London, because of its specialist work, it draws clients from throughout the UK, Europe and the USA. Office facilities are now available in Covent Garden, London to service the needs of those clients from further afield.

The client base of privately funded clients is significantly made up of divorce cases involving substantial assets, often including high value pensions and family businesses. The firm also has expertise in dealing with private law children matters, civil partnership law, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.

The firm is able to offer a private mediation service, both joint and sole, and has been at the forefront of the development of collaborative law nationwide.

The firm has gained its reputation by its ability to handle matters in sensitive, sympathetic and professional manner whilst ensuring that clients receive legal advice that is clear, practical and incisive. Its lawyers resolve client’s problems, by agreement where possible, and take great pride in the tailored service that it provides for each client.
