Brooks & Partners is a friendly firm, based in Frimley, Surrey. Our team of lawyers are experienced in providing a comprehensive range of legal services to both private and business clients.
Deborah Prance specialises in family law. She has a wealth of experience in all areas of family law including divorce, matrimonial finance, cohabitation and children issues. Deborah was a partner in a London firm prior to moving out to Surrey. She has particular expertise in cohabitation disputes and Inheritance Act Claims.
The family department pride itself on providing a sympathetic and effective service. Deborah is a member of Resolution which favours a non confrontational way of settling disputes.
