Borneos Solicitors is an established, well respected legal practice with offices in Bedford, Milton Keynes and Newport Pagnell providing a wide range of legal services to business and individual clients.

With 16 lawyers, it has the largest family department in the area. 5 Members specialise in family work. Borneos Solicitors is the only firm to be recommended in the top tier in the Legal 500 2008-9 for family law in Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes. The Legal 500 2008-9 refer to Borneos family work as a ‘core practice area’ with ‘work involving child care, guardian and adoption issues ….. a particular focus’.

Stephen Holmes heads the department. Stephen has 30 years legal experience and was a member of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel from inception.

Jason Lazard heads the Milton Keynes office. He specialises in complex, high net worth financial cases and undertakes comprehensive advocacy

Jane Charlton, one of the few accredited collaborative family lawyers in the area, heads the Newport Pagnell team. She also specialises in complex, high net worth financial cases.

Samantha Reddington heads the Bedford office and the renowned care team. The team was instructed by 30 Children’s Guardians across the region last year. Borneos is also noted for its Inheritance Act/contentious probate work and is one of the five original firms to be appointed to the Litigation Catalogue Panel to provide litigation services to a Public Authority.
