About us
Our family law team advise on a whole range of family law issues including expertise with complex legal issues relating to company ownership, interest in partnership and trust, tax, pensions, cases where there is a foreign dimension and where urgent protection orders are required from court, separation agreements for separated spouse and cohabitants including same sex cohabitants, pre-nuptial pre civil partnership contracts and family dispute resolution non court based ways of resolving disagreements including Collaborative Family Law and Family Mediation. We are also able to litigate in court actions in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session with Tom Quail being the only family lawyer in Scotland who is accredited in family law, a Family Law Mediator, trained in Collaborative Law and a Solicitor Advocate.
