We welcome enquiries from the media and you will under normal circumstances
be contacted by our editor Christina Tait on the same day if you use

Donations
We welcome donations, however small, which can help us to pay some of
the costs of this service. Please make your cheque out to Divorce Aid
and send to the address further down the page. If you give us your address,
donations will receive a formal letter of receipt from our Treasurer,
Dr Richard Dobbins PhD MSc FCCA FRSA MBIM.
Personal correspondence
Please refer to our Legal
section as well as other sections as normally many answers can be found
there and in the articles on the site. Please take time to read through
the relevant ones. We have been replying personally to many thousands
of emails for several years and would welcome any enquiry after you
have read through the relevant sections.

section or the firm does not have a public funding franchise (used to
be called legal aid) please use the link below and we shall send you
details. Please indicate your full postcode with your full name and

Legal aid may be in short supply in your area. Please also include some

We can't promise to assist but we shall do our best depending on the time available. If you have a couple of questions, we will probably be able to assist if you print these on your email. Occasionally, our Team members may be available for interview. Sometimes we are able to refer you to colleagues or other sources of support.
