This is an interactive site for 12 to 16 year olds living in the UK and we are very privileged to have permission to link directly with it.
If you've got any worries or need some advice, this site will help you find solutions to your problems. There's on-screen advice about all sorts of things...family problems, bullying, relationships, exams and drugs to name just a few. There are message boards, private in-boxes and games.
Unlike most other sites, this one is uniquely run by trained social workers. It is confidential and free. You can e-mail their agony aunt, Sam, or if you prefer a confidential 1-2-1 talk in real time, you can chat online with an NSPCC advisor.
If you e-mail an advisor, you can expect a private reply within 24
hours. You don't have to say who you are. You stay in control. As well
as all this, there are good links from their "contacts" page to other
agencies, which could help you, including areas such as drugs, drink,
smoking, young people in care, gay/lesbian issues, contraception and
eating disorders. Interested? Check out the site www.achance2talk.com
If you are in touch with them, please say you found them via Divorce Aid.
